How am I charged for services?
Fees vary depending on scope and complexity of the engagement. A cost estimate will be provided for project based work and hourly rates are also available.

Can you support our in-house HR?
Yes. We can help your in-house HR team where short-term, temporary capacity is needed for projects or even for vacation coverate. We can also assist with escalated or complex issues when the internal HR person finds themselves in an emotional tug-of-war and a discerning, neutral, third-party is needed.

Do you fire people?
Yes, we specialize in employer-initiated (sometimes called ‘involuntary’) terminations.
